Returns & Support

If your XL Tee isn't the perfect fit, we’ve got your back. Here is exactly how our return process works:

• The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

• The Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the shirt must be strictly unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. (If it has been worn to the gym, we unfortunately cannot accept it).

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label back to our Ottawa warehouse. Please note that your original shipping fees are non-refundable.
